The following was decided by the Companies Registration Office: All shareholders of companies, general managers and company headquarters will have to submit a clearance document to confirm their payment of all water and electricity fees due to the relevant government agencies. Ramifications: All procedures for any company that fails to provide the needed clearance documents will not be processed starting next week [09/03/2025]. This step reflects Iraq's commitment to enforcing its laws.
