Mr. Saif Al Lami

At Al Saif Law Firm, we are proud to have upheld the Iraqi law and have played an instrumental role in developing the legal profession of our nation, since our inception in 1978.

As one of the country’s oldest and most established law firms, we have witnessed a growth trajectory that is similar to that of Iraq. Over the years, we have not only grown in size but also in the number of legal practices as well. Today, we offer our clientele a range of legal consulting services across different industries and sectors, including banking, finance, real estate, construction, insurance, oil and gas, shipping and maritime, in addition to offering legal advisory services to private clients.

Mr Saif comes from a family of lawyers, in fact, his grandfather and father were lawyers and he intends to continue this legacy and pass this on to generations to come.

His aim is to make the firm not just one of the best in the world but building a law firm whose value and worth would last for many decades to come.

He ensures the firm has first-class procedures, communications, and response system developed and made especially to ensure that the clients receive high-level advice and effective solutions whenever they need.

Mr Al Lami provides legal consultancies in different commercial issues to international clients. He holds a Bachelor of Laws from College of Law – Baghdad – Iraq Al Turath University.
